Return policy

At Volckaert-Soetens PLC We highly value a clear and efficient collaboration with our B2B customers. To clarify our return policy we have outlined the terms and procedures below.

1. General conditions for returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The return request is made within 3 calender days after delivery.
  • The Goods are unused, undamaged and in their original undamaged packaging.
  • Prior approval has been granted by our customer service department.

2. Products not eligible for return


The following products cannot be returned:
 
  • Products that are not part of our standard assortment and have been specially ordered for the customer.
  • Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Products that have been opened or partially used.

3. Return procedure


To submit a return request, follow these steps:

1) Contact our customer service at order@cabvs.be of 09 227 79 31
2) Provide your invoice number, order number, and reason for return.
3) One approved the products will be collected by one of our drivers during the next scheduled delivery.
4) After inspection by our customer service a credit note will be issued or the amount will be adjusted on the next invoice.


4. Damage or defects upon delivery


If goods are delivered damaged you must report this within 48 hours after delivery via order@cabvs.be or by calling 09 227 79 31
